Delete a PupSchedule account
PupSchedule users can permanently delete their sign-in account from inside the app.
How to delete your account
- In PupSchedule, open Account & support.
- Under Account deletion, choose Delete account.
- Enter your current password and type DELETE to confirm.
This permanently deletes your PupSchedule sign-in and cannot be undone. Never send your password or a workplace access code to support.
What is deleted or deactivated
Self-service deletion permanently removes the sign-in account and its workplace memberships. Linked staff profiles are unlinked from the account and marked inactive.
What is retained
Inactive staff profiles, workplace schedules, approved coverage changes, shift adjustments, and audit history may be retained for workplace recordkeeping, security, and schedule accountability.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@wasilwa.com from the address associated with your account. Include your workplace name and staff display name, but never include your password or access code.
