Delete a PupSchedule account
PupSchedule users can request deletion of their app account and related personal account information.
How to request deletion
Use either of these options:
- In PupSchedule, open Account & support, then open Account deletion to prepare a deletion request.
- Email the request to support@wasilwa.com.
What to include
- The email address used to sign in to PupSchedule.
- The workplace name.
- Your staff display name.
- A short statement that you want your PupSchedule account deleted.
What may be deleted or deactivated
After the request is verified, PupSchedule can remove, deactivate, or unlink account-level information where practical, including sign-in access, active staff profile access, and account identifiers that are not required for workplace records.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained for workplace scheduling history, auditability, security, and team recordkeeping. This can include past schedules, approved coverage changes, shift adjustments, and audit entries. Where practical, retained history will be limited to what is needed for workplace records.
