PupSchedule Privacy Policy
This policy explains how PupSchedule handles account and workplace scheduling information.
Effective July 11, 2026
PupSchedule is a staff scheduling app for teams. It helps workplace admins, managers, and staff manage schedules, availability, coverage requests, shift adjustments, team profiles, and schedule-change history.
Information we collect
PupSchedule may collect and store:
- Account information, such as name, email address, Firebase authentication ID, workplace membership, role, and staff profile status.
- Scheduling information, such as assigned shifts, availability submissions, coverage requests and offers, shift adjustment requests, schedule notes, and audit history.
- Workspace information, such as workplace name, team profiles, departments, access codes, and manager or admin actions.
- In-app alert information, such as alert title, body, recipient, creation time, read status, and related schedule item.
How information is used
Information is used to provide account access, team membership, scheduling, availability, coverage, shift adjustments, alerts, audit history, security, and app reliability.
Who can see workplace data
Workplace data is visible to authorized members of the same workspace according to their role. Staff can access their own schedule-related information and shared workplace schedule information. Managers and admins can access additional team and schedule-management information needed to run the workplace.
Service providers
PupSchedule uses Firebase services from Google for authentication, database storage, and related app infrastructure. These services process information so the app can provide login, team access, and real-time schedule updates.
Data retention
Some workplace records, such as schedules, coverage approvals, shift adjustments, and audit history, may be retained for workplace recordkeeping even after a staff member leaves a team or requests account deletion. When practical, account-identifying information can be removed, deactivated, or limited while preserving required schedule history.
Account deletion
Users can request account deletion through the app or follow the steps on the PupSchedule account deletion page.
Children
PupSchedule is intended for workplace staff scheduling and is not intended for children.
