Common issues

I cannot see my workplace

Ask an admin or manager to confirm that the email on your invited staff profile exactly matches the email you use to sign in.

My role looks wrong

An admin can review your team profile and role. Manager access is an added permission layer and should not remove normal staff scheduling access.

A schedule change looks wrong

Ask a manager to review the shift, coverage request, or adjustment history. Important schedule changes should keep a record of what changed and who approved it.

I want to delete my account
